Your journey begins with a detailed consultation. Our fertility specialist reviews your medical history, conducts a physical examination, and orders initial tests including hormonal profiling, ultrasound, and semen analysis (for couples). Based on findings, a transparent treatment plan is created and discussed with you.

Fertility medications stimulate the ovaries to produce multiple eggs. Regular monitoring through blood tests and transvaginal ultrasounds tracks follicle development. Your protocol is adjusted based on your response to ensure optimal egg quality and quantity.

When follicles reach appropriate size, a trigger injection is given. Egg retrieval is performed approximately 36 hours later under sedation — a minor procedure taking about 20-30 minutes. Mature eggs are collected for laboratory fertilization.

In the laboratory, eggs are combined with sperm. Standard IVF allows natural fertilization; ICSI injects a single sperm into each egg for male-factor cases. Fertilization results are typically available the next day.

Fertilized eggs (embryos) are cultured in advanced incubators. Embryologists monitor development daily. Embryos may be cultured to day 3 or day 5 (blastocyst stage) depending on your clinical situation.

The best quality embryo is selected for transfer — a simple procedure similar to a pap smear, usually without anesthesia. Remaining quality embryos may be frozen for future cycles. You receive post-transfer care instructions and medications.

A blood test approximately 12-14 days after transfer checks for pregnancy. If positive, ultrasound monitoring confirms implantation and tracks early development. Our team provides ongoing support through early pregnancy and beyond.
